24-month warranty for quality issues

24-month warranty for quality-related problems, for which you will receive service or REPLACEMENT if the product does not work as in original condition. We will take care of the return of the product and reimburse you, or provide repair and/or replacement in less than 5 days!

This warranty procedure is only valid IF:

1. Have a valid proof of purchase (order number from the market you purchased from your PowerLocus) – order ID or invoice number.
2. The problem is quality related (unless the return/rejection of the product is registered within 30 days from the date of purchase)

Warranty serviceable problems:

1. Headphones:

– Sound quality is degraded in Bluetooth
– Bluetooth connection is not stable and disconnects over short distances
– Product does not charge
– Battery does not last the mentioned duration and drops significantly faster than expected. An example of such a defect is 2-3 working hours. A difference in playback duration of a few hours from advertised is tolerated!

2. SmartWatches

– Quality in the display picture
– Lack of data information
– Product does not load
– Battery does not last the advertised duration and drops significantly faster than expected. An example of such a defect is 2-3 working hours. A difference in playback duration of a few hours from advertised is tolerated!

WARRANTY ISSUES are not:

1. Headphones:

– Product plastic breakage
– Cable not working and quality problems after using the accessories in the product.
– Wear and tear of components such as earpieces, headband, cables.
– Battery does not last the mentioned duration and drops significantly faster than expected. An example of such a defect is 2-3 working hours. A difference in playback duration of a few hours from advertised is tolerated!

2. SmartWatches

– Breakage of product plastic or display ( watches are not anti-shock)
– Cable not working and quality problems after using the accessories in the product
– Wear of components such as straps, damaged/lost cables, scratches on display.
